Summary

Feature development on a commercial platform managing SAP and cloud workloads, spanning reporting, search, and export across a set of ticketing microservices. Deliverables included SAP HotNews and Early Watch Alert reporting with CVSS mapping and Elasticsearch aggregations, REST APIs in Express.js and Gin, and a CSV/JSON export feature shipped across five of those microservices.

Highlights

• Delivered SAP HotNews and Early Watch Alert reporting with priority and CVSS mapping, Elasticsearch aggregations, and wildcard multi-value search.
• Developed REST APIs in Express.js and Gin, including the backend for a change-tracking feature with advanced filtering, sorting and pagination.
• Shipped a CSV/JSON export feature across five ticket microservices, with full OpenAPI coverage in each.
• Introduced and owned the Jest test suites on two production microservices.
• Contributed alert-source parsers for three monitoring vendors and list-export endpoints to a Go event-management pipeline.
